Our restoration journey begins

We’d like to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Felt Manor. We purchased the property in August from Dan Balocca, who owned the inn for more than two decades.

We're honored to have the opportunity to restore this historic home, and are so grateful for all those who came before us and did their part to care for Felt Manor through the years. Our goal throughout the restoration is to honor the past while making some needed updates and repairs.

We fell in love with the home’s history and architecture. Our plan is to begin the restoration with the exterior, starting with the top mansard level. That means scaffolding, and lots of it!
