All reservations must be secured with a credit card on file. Guests will be charged a deposit at the time of booking equal to one night’s stay. The remainder of the balance will be due at the time of check-in.

Guests who select a non-refundable rate will be charged for their reservation in full at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please contact us by phone or email.

If you cancel your reservation 10 or more days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund in the amount of your deposit.

If you cancel your reservation fewer than 10 days before your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the unit(s) re-book. If we are able to re-book the unit(s), you will be refunded the difference, minus a $100 cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Guests who select our non-refundable rate will not be entitled to a refund, in part or in whole, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Guest check-in is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive. Every effort will be made to accommodate a late check-in if arrangements are made in advance.

Guest check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Our online reservation system does not accept gift certificates as a form of payment. If you would like to use a gift certificate, please contact us to make your reservation. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of check -in.

The Coach House is a family-friendly accommodation with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, four of whom may be children traveling with at least one adult. Please note, the Coach House is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for very young children.

The Stable Studio has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, one of whom may be a child who is at least 14 years of age and traveling with an adult.

Guest rooms in the main house at Felt Manor each have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, one of whom may be a child who is at least 14 years of age and traveling with an adult.

The Inn at Felt Manor is a No Smoking Property. Tobacco products, vaping products, and cannabis products are prohibited on the property.

Illinois regulations prohibit smoking indoors and within 15 feet of windows or doors. That means there is also no smoking allowed on the front porch, the Coach House deck, and the Stable Studio patio.
