Major restoration milestone

In June, we reached a major restoration milestone. The mansard roof is finally finished!

We decided to go all in and replace the membrane on the flat roof of the mansard, too. The first phase of roof restoration involved replacing the original slate tiles on the mansard with new synthetic slate in keeping with the original design.

We also got a new roof hatch. The views from the roof are ahhhhmazing!
